Comparison of the ICP OES viewing modes efficiency in the estimation of cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) in whole blood samples

In forensic toxicology, precise determination of toxic trace metals in biological samples is critical. Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP OES), which has a low limit detection, high sensitivity, accurate testing, and analytical efficiency, one the most widely used techniques for determining level samples. This study aimed to assess efficiency ICP-OES estimating cadmium (Cd) lead (Pb) whole blood when viewed axially, dual, radially. All that were analyzed digested 1.5 ml HNO3 2 H2O2. Selectivity, linearity, recovery, limits detection (LOD), quantification (LOQ) validate system. Cd-axial radial recovery values between 82–96 84–97%, while Pb-axial 85–94 83–99%. Dual 80–92 82–94%, dual 77–92 75–96%. The results demonstrated axillary radially view preferable using separate axially inductively plasmas (ICP). views, Cd's rates better than Pb's mode, but overall they satisfactory. Cd Pb acceptable not sufficient.
